Compatibility & Setup
To ensure reliable operation, your rifle must meet these requirements:
Mil-Spec Trigger with no relief cut (rear of trigger squared off—no “U” notch).
Lower Receiver must feature an FA Pocket or Low Shelf.
FA Bolt Carrier Group required.
H2 or H3 buffer weight strongly recommended.
Minimum H2 buffer (H3 recommended) for firearms with carbine extensions and 16” or shorter barrels
Standard rifle buffer for 20” A2 stocks
Purchase an H2 Buffer or an H3 Buffer

AR9 variants may require professional gunsmithing.
Will not work with AR-10 (LR308)/SR-25 platforms without significant gunsmithing. (A dedicated model is in development.)
“Super Safety” modified firearms may not be compatible due to the FRS solid lever cam design.
Selector Screw: T10, 4/40 thread, McMaster-Carr spring (9657K619). Torque: 15 in/lbs with blue Loctite only.
