MUST READ BEFORE BUYING
It is your responsability to contact the local FFL you are planning to use before purchasing online.
Choosing a transfer FFL can be difficult so we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to choose. When checking out a firearm you will be prompted to choose an FFL. For your convenience we have listed as many FFL dealers as possible. However you must first contact the dealer you want to use as not all dealers will accept transfers. After confirming that your FFL will accept transfers proceed with the checkout process.
A bit of advice when contacting an FFL, ask questions! How much is the transfer fee? What days are you open for pickup? If you live in a different state than the FFL you may not be able to pick up certain items such as Handguns, some types of shotguns and rifles & so on.
If you pick an FFL that cannot transfer to you for any reason YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING THE FIREARM! If you choose a dealer that does not accept transfers we cannot ship it to another FFL without returning it to Towers Armory First. Don't bother asking the FFL to send it to a different FFL they cannot do it!
In store pick up is also an option if you live near the store.
Purchasing Ammo Online
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Maryland residents are required to be 21 or older to purchase any ammunition.
All ammunition will be shipped UPS or FED EX Ground and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
Check your local laws for any other regulations. We currently do not sell ammo to the District of Columbia.
State Requirements:
Connecticut – DL or STATE ID and ONE of the following:
- Pistol or Revolver Carry Permit
- Pistol or Revolver Selling Permit
- Eligibility Certificate for Pistol or Revolver
- Long Gun Eligibility Certificate
- Ammunition Certificate
Illinois – FOID Card & DL or STATE ID
Maryland – Copy of DL or Photo ID for age verification.
Ammo will not be sold to following areas:
- Friendship Heights Village
- Takoma Park
New Jersey – Firearms Purchaser ID Card or Permit to Purchase handgun or Handgun Carry Permit
New York - Must be shipped to an FFL Dealer and we will need copy of dealers FFL.
Massachusetts - Must be shipped to an FFL Dealer and we will need copy of dealers FFL.
